Job summary

A leading manufacturer in decorative paint markets, PT Amazon Colours Indonesia is seeking an experienced Administration role. The candidate will manage administrative data input and document handling while ensuring adherence to company policies and ISO standards. This position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Accurate and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The opportunity is based in Kawasan Industri Jatake, Tangerang.

Job description

Input Batch Card and related administrative data into ERP systems such as Accurate or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)

Manage and maintain administrative documents such as internal forms, requests, and reports

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before entry into the system

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., QC, Planning, Warehouse, Production) to gather required information

General administrative and office support/ perform administrative task (e.g., document filing, scanning, data input)

Monitor and update transaction records to ensure they reflect real-time activities

Assist in preparing summaries and reports from the system as requested by relevant users or departments

Help ensure all administrative procedures follow internal policies and ISO standards

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled in daily work

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an admin in manufacturing, especially in sales, purchasing, or production administration

Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (functions/formulas such as IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)

Experience using the Accurate system; experience with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred

Minimum education: SMK in Office Administration or diploma (D3)

Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skill

Good time management, initiative, and ability to prioritize workload

Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 is a plus

Wiling to be placed in Kawasan Industri Jatake (Tangerang)
