Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en comptabilité et plus de 2 ans d'expérience. Il sera responsable d'analyser les données financières, d'assurer la conformité et d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des processus.

Qualifications

• Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, finance ou audit.
• Compréhension des principes comptables (PSAK et/ou IFRS) souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des analyses financières et garantir l'exactitude des états financiers.
• Analyser les rapprochements de comptes et les écritures comptables.
• Aider aux processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle.

One of our brand, “ATM Bersama” is the pioneer of the first and largest electronic payment system service in Indonesia, which has been connected with more than 90 member financial institutions, both Banks and Non-Banks (Fintech, etc) in Indonesia. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an General Accounting Analyst to strengthen our finance and accounting team and support key financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and ensure the accuracy of accounting records and financial reports.
• Analyze account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments to maintain integrity of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with external auditors during audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (experience in the financial services or payment industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (PSAK and/or IFRS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
