Job summary

OLIVER is seeking an Account Director to lead the delivery of beauty and personal care content from our in-house studio embedded with UStudio. Based in Indonesia, you’ll own client relationships across a portfolio of brands, guiding a multidisciplinary team to produce world-class content for social, ecommerce, and AI-powered production channels.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with operational precision, manage budgets and timelines, and drive adoption of Gen AI tools to accelerate production

Qualifications

• Senior client management within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care.
• Experience delivering agency-level service within an embedded model.
• Deep knowledge of beauty content channels (social, ecommerce, digital campaigns).
• Familiarity with localisation at scale across markets and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships across a portfolio of beauty brands.
• Translate briefs into actionable studio directions and resource allocation.
• Champion creative ambition while managing timings, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead budget forecasting, cost estimation, invoicing, and reconciliation for accounts.
• Drive Gen AI adoption to accelerate content production while safeguarding quality.
