Overview

Develop and Manage Site Layouts: Design and optimize the internal layout and planning of new and existing operational sites (e.g., warehouses, distribution centers).

Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze current site configurations and implement improvements to enhance internal operational flow and overall site efficiency.

Manage Site Infrastructure Projects: Coordinate and execute logistical projects related to site changes, including expansions, relocations, new site setup, and facility closures.

Process and Compliance Tracking: Oversee and ensure timely follow-up on all administrative and procedural aspects for site-related changes (e.g., permits, internal approvals).

Job Requirements

Language and Driving: Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent required) and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to drive.

Logistics Planning Experience: Proven professional experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a focus on warehouse/site layout design and facility planning.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CAD software for creating and modifying site layout drawings.

Flexibility and Mobility: Ability to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including night shifts, to accommodate site operational needs.

Specialized Knowledge: Background in an Engineering or related technical field with experience in site surveying and precise area/volume measurement calculations.
