Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of heat treatment and brazing repair experience, preferably in aerospace or gas turbine industries.
• Experience with gas turbine component repair is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of vacuum and atmospheric furnace equipment and brazing techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heat treatment and brazing processes to meet quality specifications.
• Install honeycomb seals and set up furnace systems per process parameters.
• Verify process parameters and perform in-process checks for quality and traceability.
• Maintain production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental requirements.
