You will lead fit sessions, manage supplier relationships, and support the fit development process with strong technical expertise. Qualifications

• Min 7 years of experience as Garment fit technician.
• Manufacturing, pattern making background advantageous.
• Ability to develop grade rules to match sizing requirements.
• Solid garment manufacturing knowledge.
• Solid fabric and garment trims knowledge.
• Be able to manage wearer trials with the aim of improving fit and gradings.
• Involvement in the drafting and implementation of QA standards and manuals.
• Handle quality queries with vendors & customers.
• Ability to evaluate vendors and report on findings.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clear and concise fit comments are communicated to vendors.
• Work closely with buying team to support the fit development process.
• Involvement in vendor onboarding and mentoring regarding technical quality standards.
