Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or related role.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals and storytelling.
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and digital ads.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.
• Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or digital entertainment is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image/video generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, motion graphics, and video content based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Create engaging motion assets, animations, transitions, and short-form videos for digital ads and social media.
• Translate campaign objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
• Optimize assets based on campaign performance and audience insights.
• Collaborate with Category and Marketing teams to develop campaign activations.
• Stay updated on motion design, digital content, gaming, and AI trends to improve creative output and workflows.
