We’re looking for a Game Store Lead who can ensure smooth daily operations, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive our store’s performance to the next level.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver the best customer experience.
Oversee store operations, cleanliness, and safety according to SOP.
Monitor and analyze sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Manage stock, supplies, and store assets.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promos, and local events.
Prepare and submit reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
Understanding of the gaming industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager (preferred).
Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience managing events or community activities will be preferred.
