Job Description
  1. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and all other galley utensils.
  2. Operate various cleaning equipment; clean all kitchen equipment and machines.
  3. Handle and dispose of chemicals and food waste.
  4. Responsible for proper garbage separation and recycling.
  5. Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his/her area of responsibility.
  6. Follow opening and closing procedures for all kitchen and production areas.
