Job description

Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for GA Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Invoice verification and input data to SAP (cash log).

Coordinate with finance and purchasing team for purchase requests.

Implement and monitor 5S workplace organization standards.

Prepare documentation and support audit (ISO 9001).

Maintain vendor data including tax and cost info.

Oversee company vehicle usage, maintenance schedules and related.

Track and manage capital expenditure documentation and approvals.

Manage company licenses, vendor contracts and other legal documents.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's Degree.

High Conversational Level English proficiency.

Min. 3 years of experience as General Affairs, experienced in handling cash log, implementing 5S, supporting ISO9001 audit (standard of 2015 or 2008), managing company legal document, and handling vehicle usage.

Experienced in using SAP.

Good attention to detail, can work under minimum supervision, and motivated.
