Fresh graduates or up to 2 years post-graduation work experience.

Mandarin proficiency is a competitive advantage.
Willing to deployment to any operational site and follow roster system.
Academic or non-academic achievements are valued.

Responsibilities

Engage in training and rotational assignments across departments (Operation, Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Safety, Support Functions).
Learn and master business processes and SOPs of a leading coal-mining contractor.
Support daily operational and administrative functions during rotations.
Gather, interpret, and report operational data for performance assessments and improvements.
Identify bottlenecks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
