About The Program

The Future Bankers Program (FBP) is a 6-month program designed for early-career talents interested in sales and service roles within the banking industry. The program aims to equip participants with comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking processes. Participants will learn various aspects related to designated banking positions and develop core competencies and technical skills to fast-track their careers as bankers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 (all majors)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrate qualities such as integrity, business acumen, communication/interpersonal skills, target-driven attitude, meticulousness, high motivation, and growth mindset
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferable
