About the customer:

Our customer is an international software house in South Jakarta working for both Indonesian and International customers. They specialize in website development, custom software development, mobile apps, and ERP solutions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The suitable candidate will play a key role in bridging client needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and support of WMS and related ERP systems. This role demands strong business process analysis, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team during WMS implementations.
2. Understand client business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
3. Configure and tailor WMS solutions to align with client operations.
4. Deliver user training and provide continuous support to ensure effective system adoption.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after system deployment.
6. Collaborate with developers and project managers to improve system performance and capabilities.
7. Provide functional consulting support for Odoo ERP when needed.
8. Ensure all solutions follow best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Functional Consultant role, preferably within Logistics, Supply Chain, or WMS environments.
3. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Hands-on experience with WMS platforms; familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus.
7. Capable of working independently and as part of a project team.
8. Certifications in ERP, WMS, or Business Analysis are an advantage.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 /month.
