Job summary

Mitra Integrasi Informatika, PT is seeking an implementation consultant who can translate customer needs into practical software solutions across all project phases. You will work under minimal guidance from a direct report or senior level, aligning with sales and technical teams to drive successful deployments.

Responsibilities include evaluating applications, presenting business proposals, conducting demos, guiding the implementation to meet timelines, training customers, and expanding

Qualifications

• Evaluate, identify, and recommend regarding customer's application to provide appropriate business solutions.
• Compose business proposals and conduct presentations/demos to customers.
• Drive customer adoption through training and post-implementation support.

• Perform the application implementation and ensure its process is in accordance with customer'sneeds and proposed timeline
• Direct contact with customer to provide solutions to the problems that arise after implementation, as well as to seek the possibility to implement another development
• Become a training instructor for customers in learning, understanding, and operation of the implemented software application in basic and advance trainings
• Maintain and develop knowledge of specific application system technology

Job description

With minimumguidance from direct report and/or senior level, responsiblein providing solutions to customers in all phases of implementation regarding to implementation methodology. Demonstrate deepunderstanding of the customer's business process and provide simple or incomplex solutionaccording to assigned industry and software application. Work closely with sales team and principals in order to support the achievement of sales target for software application, implementation service, and training service.
