Job summary

PT Ukirama Solusi Indonesia is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer with a strong backend focus to join Ukirama ERP in Jakarta. You will design and implement scalable backend features, and collaborate across product, QA, and frontend teams to deliver high-quality software.

In addition to solid backend experience with Docker, CI/CD, and PostgreSQL, you will explore AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity and system efficiency. This role is based on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-stack development experience with backend emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features for Ukirama ERP with focus on scalability and performance.
• Manage Docker containers and optimize CI/CD pipelines during deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and frontend to deliver end-to-end software.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL) and application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust features for Ukirama ERP, focusing heavily on backend scalability and performance.

• Actively participate in deployment processes, managing Docker containers, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and frontend elements to deliver high-quality, end-to‑end software solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and database queries (PostgreSQL).

• Participate in code reviews, maintain clean code practices, and help guide junior developers.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer productivity and system efficiency.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fullstack software development with a strong emphasis on Backend development.

• Hands-on experience with production-grade tech stacks, preferably Ruby on Rails, Go, or Java (familiarity with Python for AI tools or automation is a strong plus).

• Solid experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and modern deployment processes (DevOps awareness is a must).

• Proficient in database management, specifically PostgreSQL.

• Strong familiarity or interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development workflows.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
