We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development efforts, collaborating with the project manager to plan and execute kanban tasks and sprints. You will participate in daily stand-ups and scrum meetings, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.

As a key team member, you will build scalable frontend architectures with reusable components following best practices for Flutter, Android, and iOS. You will also develop scalable backend architectures, reusable code, and libraries for future projects. Proactivity in proposing solutions and resolving issues is essential. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute kanban tasks and sprints within a team environment
• Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum meetings
• Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party collaborators, including testers, designers, and developers
• Manage daily code reviews, maintain git repositories, and oversee CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope
• Stay updated on technology trends and competitors; research new technologies for project execution
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Collaborate with testers to ensure products are production-ready
• Develop scalable frontend architecture with reusable widgets and resources following best practices
• Build scalable backend architecture with reusable code and libraries
• Proactively propose and resolve issues

Requirements

• Expertise in JavaScript full-stack development, including Node.js, MongoDB, Nest.js, Flutter, HTML, and CSS
• Over 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end development
• Over 5 years of experience with SDLC processes
• Good understanding of financial business flows, especially in Fintech, or experience integrating payment gateways
• Knowledge and experience with blockchain technologies are a plus
• Responsible team leader and collaborative team player
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
