Job summary

• Comfortable learning and working across the full stack with AI-assisted development.

Nice to Have

• Japanese language proficiency or prior experience working with Japanese clients or teams.

Commitment

• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Japan.
• Willing to work full-time hybrid in Yogyakarta during the first year.
• Willing to relocate to Tsukuba, Japan in the second year (with compensation and benefits adjusted upon relocation to Japan)
• Willing to obtain JLPT certification within one year after joining.
