Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a skilled software developer to design, build, and enhance banking applications spanning mobile, web, and backend systems.

You will translate business needs into reliable technical solutions, apply design patterns and secure coding practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in building web, mobile, and/or backend applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, database design, and scalable system architecture.
• Familiar with design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), secure coding, and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git, unit/integration testing, build automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or digital banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Banking applications across mobile, web, backend, and internal apps.
