Details

We are looking for an experienced SPA Manager to join our team as soon as possible. The role includes managing a luxury gym, accommodation, coffee shop, and spa.

• Manage day-to-day operations in the spa
• Ensure all areas of the spa are kept clean and well maintained
• Assist with promotion and sales
• Analyze and interpret client needs to offer appropriate solutions
• Develop product quality and treatment standards
• Manage inventory
• Coordinate with engineering for maintenance of spa equipment
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; prepare staff rotas
• Develop and maintain retail product programs
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, hygiene, emergency, and fire safety procedures
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of SPA management experience
• Fluent in English
• Extensive knowledge of spa and beauty treatments
• Reside in Bali
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
