Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding educational institution offering online and offline programming courses for students aged 5-18 across Asia and MENA, including Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.

We’re looking for a Program Support Officer (Operational & Curriculum) who cares about execution discipline and teaching consistency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Hisensei program execution and quality across products
• Review learning evidence and identify issues early
• Support teacher training and ensure curriculum delivery remains consistent
• Monitor branch marketing execution and coordinate with branch admins to collect monthly marketing reports
• Follow up with branches to ensure improvements are implemented

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred), or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome if you’re highly disciplined and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with reports/data
• Clear, calm communicator with strong follow-up discipline
• English communication is a plus
