Job summary

Ruangguru seeks educators to coach MT Akademia staff, inspire students, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction. You will collaborate with Academic Team to enhance teaching methods and provide student-focused support.

You will also run clinics, develop materials, and support exam prep such as USBN/UTBK, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to regional programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents to outline pathways and maintain engagement.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues with solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

Job description

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
