Ruangguru is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join MT Akademia in Makassar, Indonesia. You will coach and train teachers, run clinic sessions, and collaborate with Student Advisors to help students and parents navigate academic paths.

You’ll lead CBC and classroom teaching, create materials, and uphold strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth operations. You will deliver high-quality instruction in classrooms, support blended learning approaches, and meet required teaching session

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.
