Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an energetic educator to support MT Akademia with coaching, classroom teaching, and blended learning initiatives. You will work under the Academic Team to elevate teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.

You will collaborate with Student Advisors, regional teams, and BAC staff to deliver high-quality lessons, develop materials, and ensure smooth class operations. A Bachelor's in Education is required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student and parent consulting with Student Advisors to find academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum required CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
