Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks educators to coach MT Akademia and enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will also consult with students and parents to map pathways for academic goals and renewals.

Additionally, you will conduct Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classrooms. You will develop materials to support curriculum implementation and collaborate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1 year teaching experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student/parent consulting in collaboration with Student Advisors.
• Run Homework Clinics to resolve academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with engaging instruction.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.


• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.


• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
