Job summary

MT Akademia seeks dedicated educators to coach and train alongside our Academic Team. You will work with students, parents, and advisors to map educational pathways, run Clinic PR sessions, and participate in CBC as a collaborative regional effort.

In addition to classroom teaching, you will develop materials, maintain stakeholder relations, and fulfill required session targets to support ongoing curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.


• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.


• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.


• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
