Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is preparing to open in 2027 and seeks a Commercial Director to lead all revenue and commercial strategy across segments including Rooms, F&B, and events. You will own pricing, forecasting, and market positioning, aligning sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR to maximize revenue and share.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Jakarta market and local networks.
• Hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to present strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel industry operations.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is a 203 room property set within the scenic highlands of Puncak, West Java. Slated to open Q2 2027, the property will offer a nature-inspired retreat experience with 1 F&B outlet and a pool bar, bringing Hilton's renowned hospitality to one of Indonesia's most popular mountain destinations.

You are responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance, as well as market share penetration of the hotel. As a **Commercial Director** , you're not just leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
+ **Own commercial strategy and execution:** Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams - including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa - to drive top-line performance and market share growth
+ **Maximize revenue and profitability:** Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
+ **Lead pricing and forecasting strategy:** Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
+ **Align sales and marketing efforts:** Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand
+ **Adapt to market dynamics:** Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions
+ **Strengthen stakeholder relationships:** Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value

+ Accomplished senior commercial leader with proven Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience, deep knowledge of the Jakarta market, and a strong network of established local sales relationships.
