You are responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance, as well as market share penetration of the hotel. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• + **Own commercial strategy and execution:** Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams - including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa - to drive top-line performance and market share growth
• + **Maximize revenue and profitability:** Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
• + **Lead pricing and forecasting strategy:** Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
• + **Align sales and marketing efforts:** Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand
• + **Adapt to market dynamics:** Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions
• + **Strengthen stakeholder relationships:** Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long‑term commercial value
