Full time insurance agent

Responsibilities

This is a Full Time on-site role for a full time insurance agent in Medan, Indonesia at AIA. The insurance agent will be responsible for meeting the long-term savings and protection needs of individuals by offering life insurance, accident, health insurance, and saving plans.

The role involves working with corporate clients to provide employee benefits, credit life, and pension services.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience
3. Experience in Sales & Marketing
4. Bancassurance or Bank Employee experience will be a plus
5. Strong sales and negotiation skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
