Job description

This will be the first in-house software engineering lead to design, develop, and maintain internal business applications across the group. The initial focus will be building a MVP for ticketing system, with future projects spanning automation tools, operational systems, dashboards, and other custom business applications. We are looking for a hands-on full stack developer who is adaptable, product-minded, and comfortable working across different business domains and evolving requirements.

KeyResponsibilities

• Gatherbusinessrequirementsandtranslatethemintopracticaltechnicalsolutions.
• Developworkflowautomation,ticketingsystems,dashboards,andoperationalplatforms.
• Defineapplicationarchitecture,codingstandards,anddevelopmentbestpractices.
• Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholderstoidentifyprocessimprovementopportunities.
• Ensureapplicationsaresecure,reliable,maintainable,andscalable.
• Supportdeployment,troubleshooting,enhancement,andongoingmaintenanceofapplications.

Requirements

• StrongexperiencewithmodernfrontendframeworkssuchasReact,Next.js,Vue.js,orAngular.
• StrongbackenddevelopmentexperiencewithNode.js,Python,Java,or.NET.
• ExperiencewithRESTAPIs,SQLdatabases,andcloudplatformssuchasAmazonWebServices,MicrosoftAzure,orGoogleCloud.
• Experiencebuildinginternalbusinessapplications,workflowsystems,orautomationplatformsispreferred.
• Proventrackrecordofbuildinganddeliveringend-to-endapplicationsindependently,fromrequirementsgatheringandsystemdesigntodeploymentandmaintenance
• Strongproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Open-mindedandadaptabletodevelopingapplicationsacrossdifferentbusinessfunctionsandoperationalneeds.
• Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkwithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders
