Job description

Information technology department as a technology enabler, creates solutions to reduce manual processes and boost efficiency. One of the IT family is IT Engineering, which has specific developer teams to enhance and maintain applications/systems.

This role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a broad view of end-to-end applications and their dependencies. The position demands soft skills to handle and manage non-technical skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops software solutions by designing, developing, and installing software solutions, studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Investigates problem areas.
  • Follows the software development lifecycle.
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Works with regional teams (and joint venture partners) on a daily basis to support existing applications while identifying improvement areas and regional requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with .NET Technology is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines and Azure Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience serving as a technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, including Agile, DevOps, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices, including coding standards, clean code principles, diagrams, charts, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Experience in developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Positive attitude, strong commitment to work, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in global organizations or on international projects is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
