Job summary

FindITGeek is seeking a versatile software engineer to develop and maintain backend and frontend applications. You will work with Go, Python, PHP, HTML/CSS/JS, and modern frameworks like React.js and Vue.js to deliver scalable web solutions.

You will design APIs (REST/gRPC), build microservices with Docker and Kubernetes, and handle streaming/batch data pipelines using Kafka. Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL, Postman, GitHub, and Figma is required.

Qualifications

• Back-end development using Go, Python, and/or PHP.
• Front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, and/or Bootstrap.
• Experience with REST API and gRPC.
• Experience with Microservices and Container Architecture, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kafka/Confluent or other real-time Pub/Sub technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Figma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications based on requirements.
• Design and implement APIs using REST and gRPC.
• Develop and integrate Microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain streaming/batch pipelines and real-time data processing.
• Collaborate with teams using GitHub and Figma; troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
