Job summary

Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) is seeking a capable full-stack developer to build end-to-end web features, spanning front-end interfaces and supporting backend endpoints. You will implement UI/UX designs faithfully using the design system and raise design gaps promptly.

The role also covers building the HR administrator experience with high-volume data entry, bulk operations, approvals and reporting interfaces, plus practicing automated testing and participating in code reviews to uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical background.
• Minimum 4 years professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong modern front-end capability: NestJS, React, Vue or Angular with TypeScript.
• Solid backend capability to build and maintain production endpoints.
• Relational database competence: schema understanding, query writing and basic optimisation.
• Experience implementing designs from Figma with fidelity.
• Automated testing as a routine part of development.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end web features spanning front-end interface and backend endpoints.
• Implement UI/UX designs faithfully using the design system and surface design gaps.
• Develop HR administrator experience with high-volume data entry, bulk operations, approvals and reporting interfaces.
• Write automated tests for features, components, integrations and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews; maintain high code quality and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designer to flag constraints early and align with acceptance criteria.
• Support API consistency across clients in collaboration with the Senior Software Engineer.
