Job summary

PT Prisma Harapan, an Indonesia-based advertising company, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with emphasis on frontend/UI and backend services. The role supports Jabodetabek and other regional markets, working closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in similar roles, strong PHP/Node.js/Python experience, and familiarity with databases and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Backend development using PHP, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and API integrations.
• UI/UX principles knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Figma experience for UI/UX design.
• Experience with Jira or other PM tools.
• Willingness to learn, good problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications across frontend (UI/UX) and backend (server, database, API).
• Build web and mobile interfaces using frameworks (e.g., React, PHP).
• Collaborate with IT Lead to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and maintenance.
