As we continue to grow our capabilities in Indonesia, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and work on impactful Data, AI, and technology projects for our clients.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and digital solutions supporting a variety of business and data use cases.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary Data & AI teams to translate requirements into reliable and user-friendly technical solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications.
• Build modern web applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.
• Design and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Develop applications supporting Data & AI, analytics, workflow management, and other business use cases.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application deployment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of modern front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.

What Would Give You an Advantage

• Exposure to Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or AI agents into applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerisation technologies.
• Experience working with clients or business stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing technology environment.
