Job summary

Dash Electric is seeking a senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer to design, develop, and deploy features across the entire stack (Backend, Web, and Mobile Backend integration). You will build reliable, scalable microservices using Kotlin, TypeScript, and Go, collaborating with Product, Ops, and Design to translate bottlenecks into efficient technical solutions.

You will optimize database queries, memory usage, and spatial efficiency to reduce infrastructure waste, write clean and maintainable code,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer in high-growth or distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Kotlin for backend services and mobile apps.
• Solid experience optimizing relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven track record of ownership, shipping production-ready features with minimal supervision.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD practices and cloud resource utilization; able to explain trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new features independently across the entire stack (Backend, Web, and Mobile Backend integration).
• Build reliable, secure, and scalable microservices and backend systems.
• Analyze and optimize database queries, memory management, and spatial efficiency to actively cut down infrastructure waste.
• Write clean, well-documented, and highly predictable code, prioritizing maintainability over over-engineered complexity.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Design teams to translate operational bottlenecks into efficient technical solutions
