Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring seamless interactions between frontend and backend systems, and contributing to our product’s architecture and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
2. Implement responsive and high-performance frontend features and UIs, leveraging Tailwind CSS for styling and responsiveness.
3. Develop robust and scalable APIs to support frontend interactions, using Node.js and Express, or using Next.js as Fullstack (or other backend frameworks).
4. Integrate with databases, manage data flow, and ensure security and data protection best practices.
5. Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
7. Monitor and improve frontend and backend performance using tools such as Google Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and other analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 1+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Next.js and React.
3. Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
4. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
5. Experience building RESTful APIs and working with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).
6. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for building responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
7. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
