Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end web and mobile solutions — from designing databases and developing APIs, to implementing responsive user interfaces. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable applications, ensure code quality, and maintain optimal performance across platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, the ability to translate UI/UX designs into working features, and the initiative to troubleshoot and improve systems proactively. Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage RESTful APIs and both SQL & NoSQL databases

Develop web and mobile applications based on Figma designs

Work with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, NextJS, or Flutter

Implement CRUD operations, API integrations, authentication & authorization

Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and standard project structure

Conduct manual testing and unit testing, and use monitoring tools (Postman, JMeter, Sentry, APM)

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and AI/backend teams to refine product functionality

Use Git for version control and code collaboration

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experiences.

Experienced with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

Familiar with tools like Node.js, NPM, Webpack, and package managers

Understands the basics of AI/ML and how it applies to backend systems

Experienced with API testing/documentation tools like Postman and Swagger

Knowledge of API security, session management, and token-based authentication

Able to translate Figma designs into responsive and user-friendly apps

Proficient in Git (clone, add, commit, push, pull) and branching workflow

Bonus: familiar with generative tools like ChatGPT to streamline development
