Job summary

• Build front-end and back-end for internal and public projects.
• Maintain integrations between websites, databases, APIs, and emails.
• Support marketing automation workflows and data processing.
• Work with databases: structures, queries, imports/exports.
• Support server environments, deployments, and backups.
• Investigate issues across apps and infrastructure; fix.
• Improve code, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Document systems, configurations, workflows, and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.

Maintain and improve integrations between websites, databases, APIs, email platforms, and other business systems.

Support the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and data-processing automations.

Work with databases: data structures, queries, imports/exports, validation, and system integrations.

Support server environments, deployments, application configuration, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.

Investigate technical issues across applications, websites, integrations, and infrastructure and implement sustainable fixes.

Improve existing code, processes, system reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Document important systems, configurations, workflows, and technical decisions.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
