Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and solutions-focused Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work across both front-end and back-end development to help build and maintain websites, platforms, and digital tools that bring our creative and strategic ideas to life.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to translate concepts into functional, user-friendly experiences. Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimise websites across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and custom stacks (Next.js, etc.).
• Work across both front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and frameworks like React, Vue, Flask, Django, or Nest.js.
• Set up and manage server infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, and Nginx or similar firewalls.
• Ensure websites are fast, mobile-responsive, and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Conduct regular site audits and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Stay up to date with the latest development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other teams using Asana or Notion to keep workflows smooth and on track.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a full-stack development role.
• Solid understanding of database systems (DBMS/RDBMS).
• Strong skills in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proficiency with back-end technologies like Flask, Django, Nest.js, or Laravel (Golang experience is a bonus).
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines with a high level of organisation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
