Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in Odoo ERP development to join our client's team. You will be responsible for customizing existing Odoo ERP software modules and collaborating on the development of new features. You should be passionate about clean coding practices, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is specialized in Python and has a strong interest in AI-based coding. We value developers who are eager to explore AI code development and continuously improve their skills in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customize and enhance existing Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements
2. Monitor and improve application performance, quality, and efficiency
3. Collaborate with the team to define, plan, and implement new features
4. Identify, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs and crashes
5. Maintain code quality through structured organization and automation
6. Write clean, stable, well-documented, and tested code

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Odoo ERP Developer
2. Proficient in object-oriented programming languages, especially Python
3. Proficient in SQL-based databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL)
4. Experience with Node.js, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS is a plus and will be prioritized
5. Familiar with various Odoo ERP modules
6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Understanding of Odoo ERP performance tuning and full-cycle development
