Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is seeking an FTP Policy & Report Analyst to join our hybrid team in Jakarta Pusat. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, producing timely and reliable financial information, including P&L, balance sheet, and consolidations.

You will manage fixed assets, capex controls, and drive advanced reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses. The position is full-time and located in Jakarta Pusat, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for producing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information.
• Prepares profit and loss, and balance sheet accounts, group consolidations, general ledger journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Reconciles accounts.
• Manages and controls the fixed asset register and capital expenditure controls.
• Specializes in running and enhancing reporting systems to facilitate the production of information, budgeting analysis, forecasting analysis, variance analysis, variance commentary, reporting and reviews, and presentation and project preparation.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate financial information including P&L and balance sheet.
• Support group consolidations and general ledger journals.
• Reconcile accounts and manage accruals and prepayments.
• Oversee fixed asset register and capex controls.
• Enhance reporting systems for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
