Job summary

PT Cinquer Agro Nusantara is seeking a Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) Implementation and Verification Lead to drive field-based FSA work for the Muntok White Pepper scope in Bangka Belitung.

The role requires hands-on field implementation, coordination with Spice Hub Managers and field facilitators, and close collaboration with the Project Coordinator to ensure timely evidence collection, gap closure and verification readiness for external audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in agricultural certification is preferred.
• Diploma in agriculture with 2+ years hands-on farm/site experience.
• FSA audit track record: 3–5 years delivering audits or 5 FSA verifications including 1 for Farm Management Groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based FSA implementation and verification readiness for the Muntok White Pepper scope.
• Coordinate with Spice Hub Managers, field facilitators, CAN functions and partners to ensure actions are implemented with evidence.
• Strengthen the FSA Management System, governance, and traceability records across the FMG scope.
• Prepare and coordinate verification evidence packages for external audits and manage corrective actions.
