Descrizione del lavoro

Frontend Engineer / Frontend Developer & UI Designer - Remote | Equity | Weekly Bonuses | AI Startup

Most frontend roles ask you to execute. This one asks you to lead.

We are an AI startup that is genuinely changing the world and we need a Frontend Engineer who has the combination of technical precision and genuine design taste to help us build products that people love from the first click. Whether you call yourself a Frontend Developer, UI Engineer, Web Developer or Product Designer who codes, if you build beautiful, fast user interfaces, we want to hear from you.

This is a role where you own the frontend, shape the user experience (UX), and ship work you are proud of.

What you will do:

• Build and own the frontend of our AI-powered web applications, from first prototype to production
• Turn ideas, wireframes and mockups into polished, responsive user interfaces
• Design and develop UI/UX that is intuitive, accessible and pixel-perfect across desktop and mobile
• Create and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components
• Work closely with product, backend and AI engineers to integrate APIs and ship new features fast

What we offer:

• Weekly bonus structure - your performance is rewarded every single week, not once a year
• Equity - you are not just an employee, you are a builder with a stake in what we create
• Best coding tools and AI plans provided - we invest in the people who invest in us
• Fully remote - work from anywhere, on your terms
• The team - you will work alongside some of the smartest, most driven people you have ever worked with. The bar here is genuinely high and it will make you better.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, UI Developer or similar role building modern web applications
• Strong UI/UX design skills and a portfolio that shows both your code and your design work
• Someone who can full send. Someone who sees a design and immediately knows what's off and knows how to fix it.
• Someone who doesn't need to be managed, they need to be unleashed.
• Someone that has taste, with a sharp eye for visual design, typography and interaction design
• Someone that is mission driven and excited about AI, startups and building products from 0 to 1
