Role Overview

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with strong experience in Vue 3 and hands-on exposure to ABT demo systems within an AFC (Automated Fare Collection) environment. This role involves building and maintaining interactive web interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend services, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience in transit or fare management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue 3.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with ABT (Account-Based Ticketing) demo systems.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and system engineers in an AFC system environment.
• Optimize UI performance and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in system demos, user acceptance testing, and product rollouts.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues related to AFC and ABT workflows.
• Work closely with product owners to translate requirements into functional interfaces.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in frontend development, especially with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred).
• Hands-on exposure or understanding of ABT demo systems.
• Experience working in an AFC (Automated Fare Collection) or transportation ticketing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frontend tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSocket, or GraphQL integration.
• Experience using version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and frontend testing best practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
