What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure the front desk area is always neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service to patients and visitors
  • Train, supervise, and support front-line teams, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents
  • Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond calmly and effectively to urgent situations or emergencies
  • Support smooth front office operations in a dynamic healthcare environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fields
