Front Office

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional Front Office Staff to join our team based in Bali. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries related to our meals and transportation services. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they feel valued and well taken care of.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding meal options, transportation services, and reservations.
3. Manage check-ins and check-outs for customers, ensuring an efficient process.
4. Answer phone calls and emails related to reservations and general inquiries.
5. Coordinate with the reservation team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
6. Assist customers with special requests and provide solutions to any issues they may face.
7. Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
8. Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and suggestions for service improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or e-commerce industry.
2. Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
6. Knowledge of Bali and local transportation options is an advantage.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
