Role: Front of House Manager

Full-time | Salary above the UMR (Upah Minimum Regional) for Badung regency | Service charge paid on top of salary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily front of house operations and support overall service flow

Act as second-in-command to the General Manager

Manage the floor team and cashier with a structured, supportive approach

Handle HR admin tasks such as scheduling, sick leave, and attendance

Assist with venue financials including invoices, petty cash, and stock control

Be the go-to person for team support, problem solving, and maintaining culture

Maintain high service standards and deliver consistent team training

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisor or manager-level role in hospitality

Organised, confident, and calm under pressure

Strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable with basic financials, systems, and operational reporting

Leads by example and takes pride in a high-functioning floor
