At JYX Packaging, we believe every first impression matters. As the face of our office, the Front Desk Reception Officer plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized environment for our clients, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, visitor logs, and office supplies inventory
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments
  • Support HR and Admin with general administrative tasks when needed
  • Conduct daily attendance and overtime record and report to HR Manager, and support in HR Projects
  • Enforce visitor policies and ensure security protocols are followed
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or office administration preferred
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, punctual, and service-oriented personality
