You are

You will

• Personalise the customer experience: Prepare the customer's arrival (customer info, preferences, recommendations ...) and make contact before arrival, note preferences and create an initial professional and warm bond so that the client feels confident and expected. Be sensitive to wishes, preferences and customer habits and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay.Receive customer feedback tactfully and elegantly and feed it back to your manager as a source of solutions.
• Warmly and professionally welcome and assist customers on arrival and departure (check-in / check-out) and during their stay (change of room, transport)
• Optimise the dissemination of information proactively and translate documents and events into guests' native language where applicable.
• Build a personalised experience for each client by offering the included services and the tailor-made menu to meet their desires and needs according to their profile.
• Know and apply the Health and Safety rules and all emergency and evacuation procedures and notify customers.
