Job description

To assist the Sales Manager and Branch Manager in leading and directing the sales team to achieve overall corporate sales objectives.

To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategy plan.

Identify appropriate business targets.

Provide professional and excellent customer service to both existing and new customers.

Work closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Documents teams regarding shipping/forwarding progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or logistics from a reputable university.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Ability to negotiate and a strong understanding of marketing skills.
• Familiarity with export/import and domestic freight forwarding regulations in Indonesia.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results.
• Languages required: Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
• High curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
